Chances Are
$ 100

Ah, Johnny Mathis. Not the greatest singer but he sure was popular in 1957. Written by Robert Allen and Al Stillman. The chart was written for my mixed quartet Kindred Spirits with an original verse by me (Brian). I got really good at writing verses to songs that already existed. I actually teach that at SAI seminars. You should go to one. Can be for men or women. Gentle swing. I can still hear that piano riff at the end of the first "Chances are" (dah d dah).
